Being an effective caregiver involves being a compassionate and caring person, along with having the appropriate training and support for elderly care with special needs. At Almost Home Group, our residences in the Piedmont Triad, North Carolina area provide a unique environment where your loved one will get the care and supervision that they need in a residential setting. Each of our residences has at least two dementia-trained caregivers for a maximum of six residents.

Our concept of assisted living is unlike that which you’d find in a clinical setting as we provide extraordinary individual care and there is no shortage of smiles or activities.
Your loved one will be permitted to do those things that they are able and interested in doing for themselves, while letting the caregiver handle other daily living activities, such as providing homecooked meals, laundry services, personal care, housekeeping, and more. We handle structured activities, such as celebrations, music, local outings, and more based on the abilities of each resident.
